Ingestion over MQTT or HTTP, a broker that does not fall over, storage that copes with time-series volumes, and the APIs and screens your people will use.
Manage the devices
Onboarding, configuration, firmware updates, health monitoring, decommissioning. For devices that speak TR-369 our USP controller does this out of the box.
Keep it from being the next botnet
Per-device credentials, mutual TLS, signed firmware, least-privilege access from the cloud side. Devices are on the public internet whether you like it or not.
Make the data useful
Aggregation, alerting and reporting on top of the raw stream, so someone can act on a trend instead of scrolling through readings.
Test it at fleet size
Ten devices always work. We simulate tens of thousands, including the moment they all reconnect after an outage, before the real ones arrive.

We help deploy, we are on call at the start, and we keep maintaining it if you would rather not. Devices last years; the back end has to as well.
